Are you tired of carrying around your office documents, school projects, assignments back and forth from two or more particular places? These files are small but carrying them around and synchronizing them is tedious. Yes, there are removable flash drives but removing and connecting them is as early told, tiresome. You may even lose those drives just before your office or classroom presentation. Instead of standing in front of your friends, colleagues and apologizing for losing your small micro-SD, you should head over to cloud storage. The free online storage application “Dropbox” will help you survive above stated problems. Here is a quick tutorial to show you the process of installing Dropbox and its unique features to look forward to.

Installing Dropbox:
One:
Head over to www.dropbox.com. (Watch the introductory video for learning what Dropbox is made for.)
Two:
Download(https://www.dropbox.com/downloading) Dropbox. (It is available for Windows, Macs, Linux and even for mobile.)
Three:
After successful download, you will be prompted that you have a Dropbox account or not. If you have one then continue login or create one.

Now you should be able to move forward with the app. 

Features Worth Noting:
one: Sharing file with the world!
In “Public” folder, you can create or add any files or folder. While right clicking you will see “copy public link” inside “Dropbox”. When you click the option, then you will have a link on your clipboard. Then when you open up a browser and paste the link, the file or folder for you made public link will be there to download. You can even give those link to other people to whom you want the same file to be shared and they can download it too!

Two: Dropbox from any computer!
You can also visit, download, upload files even on those computer where Dropbox is not installed. Just go to www.dropbox.com and login where you will be welcomed by a easy to use interface. All you can do with your installed Dropbox installed computer can be done on the website too. More than that, there are other options to upgrade your Dropbox capacity, invite your friend to dropbox and other features waiting.

Three: Private group folder sharing!
If you want to share a folder with only one or two particular friends of yours, then doing so is possible. You need to go to www.dropbox.com, login and on the sharing tab invite a friends with whom you want to share folder with. Other will not be able to access your shared folder unless you allow them to.
